OUR LOCAL MISSION

Lasher Meadows is home to chickens, ducks, turkeys, pheasant, quail, geese, guinea hen and pigs. We cooperate with nature to create products that are healthy, safe, nutritious, delicious, and ethically produced. Care is given to ensure that all of our production practices are economically sound, ecologically sustainable, and that our animals are always humanely treated. Our farm is family-owned and operated, and we are currently teaching the third generation of Lashers to raise the very best food possible, and we look forward to watching the innovations our children and grandchildren will bring!

You can trust that we wouldn't feed you anything that we wouldn't feed our family. We source high-quality, locally-grown-and-produced feed that is highly nutritional, as well as antibiotic, hormone and GMO-free. All of our products are grown by our loving hands. Our mission is to produce the finest, freshest quality eggs and poultry, plus our exclusive Lasher Meadows by Chef Stef prepared poultry products and meals, for our enjoyment and yours, to educate people about the benefits of eating a varied, local, farm fresh diet, and to share our love of all things fresh, farmed and feathered with you!

Follow our family and community on our journey to increase the visibility of the benefits of eating from within your own community, to eat and showcase as many locally grown and produced products each day as we can, and to constantly learn new, ecologically sustainable methods of farming and eating.
